Return Policy
All FRAYCE items are custom printed on demand after your order is placed. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except for printing defects or damage in transit. Please review sizing charts before ordering.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us promptly to start the process.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unstained, undamaged, and unaltered, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at fraycewear@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt, including your order number and photos of any issues. Returns must be sent to the address we provide upon approval. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We aim to respond within 7 working days.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items (such as beauty products, tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, or masks), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. Returns are not accepted for items printed correctly per your design, delayed deliveries due to your information errors, or unconfirmed requests. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unstained, undamaged, and unaltered, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, though it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at fraycewear@gmail.com. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment.
